I lived in this house at 22 Bayview Ave. on Wards with my mom and 2 brothers for a year in the early 70’s, my grandmother lived on Algonquin. I was somewhere around age 10. The Parson’s owned it and we rented, it was a bungalow back then. I sailed past it on route to a regatta in the early 90’s while the house was undergoing renovations and an upper floor was added. It looks just lovely. Too bad about the tree.
